| What is WebLink? |
WebLink is a free system Bayside provides that allows you to log-in and get an estimate for printing, view your job's current status, and browse through your complete job history at Bayside. Top

| How do I get an estimate? |
There are two ways to get an estimate from Bayside Printing. The first and fastest way to get an estimate is to contact one of our knowledgeable sales reps by phone, fax, or email. The other way to get an estimate is by completing the "Estimate Request Form" in the Bayside WebLink. Top

| How long does it take to fill out the WebLink Estimate Request Form ? |
The entire process takes about 15-20 minutes and goes much faster if you have the following information about your job on hand: stock weight and size, ink colors, bleeds, final size, number of pages, and any bindery or fulfillment work that the job will need. If you do not know some of this information, we recommend you contact our sales team which can help you finalize your job's details. Top

| How do I view my job's status in WebLink? |
To use this feature you must receive a unique username and password for WebLink. Once your job is printing, you may call Bayside at 281.209.9500 and the prepress department will give you a username and password that will allow you to track your job's status as it is printing. Top

| How long does it take to print a job? |
Depending on how complete the job is when we recieve it (i.e. ready for plate, needing prepress work, etc.), your job could take anywhere from 3 days to a week and a half to be printed. If you know you have deadlines, the best thing to do is talk to one of our helpful sales reps who can find the fastest way to print your job. Top

| How do I view the online samples? |
You must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view the sample PDF files. This is available for free download at adobe.com Top
