What is Bayside File Transfer?
File transfer is a service Bayside provides that allows you to transfer the electronic files for your job to Bayside via an FTP client. Transfers at Bayside are secure and password protected and made available to clients for free.   Top

What file types can be transferred via FTP?
Any file type of any size can be transferred through our FTP site. FTP is simply a protocol which allows these large transfers to take place across the internet.   Top

Can I email my files instead of using FTP?
We can receive email files up to 5 MB in size, however, for consistency, we prefer that you use the FTP to send files larger than 2 MB. If you try to email a file to Bayside larger than 5 MB, we will not be able to receive that file due to limitations from our email provider.   Top

Which FTP clients work with the Bayside FTP?
Any FTP client should work with the Bayside FTP, PC or MAC. For detailed help on how to setup an FTP client, read the Detailed Instructions.   Top

How do I get my username and password?
To setup a username and password for your company call us at (281)209-9500 and one of prepress team members will assist you.   Top
